You'll laugh out loud from the very first scenes as reporters covering the red carpet for the premiere of the movie interview the "cast" of the dysfunctional Family Guy family entertains the crowd and paparazzi. Especially entertaining is the arrival of the mother, who unlike her character on the show is totally drunk.
The plot of the movie within this movie is very funny, Stewie is forced to go to swimming lessons and
he realizes that he is not as good as other babies who are competing and
getting all the attention. He decides to blow up his opponent with a bomb
but fails. This is a turning point to his life as he watches what he thinks
is his real father on TV. The journey to get to this man and trying to
find his identity is all washed out when he realizes the man is actually
himself but 30 years older. In the future you can make trips through time to
the past and that’s what older Stewie did. As he goes along with the story,
baby Stewie realizes his life sucks and is nothing the way he planned to be.
And everything has to do with the day at the swimming pool and repressed
fears after that. So he has to get back in time to change the course of his
own life. The movie is more than funny, is outrageously not politically
correct, which makes even more enjoyable.
The DVD also has a bonus with the full length audio
commentary by creator, cast members and writers. You
are going to laugh so hard that your neighbors are
going to wonder what’s going on at your place.
