So Michael Keaton's character's wife dies. A stranger tries to convince Michael Keaton's character that his deceased love is trying to communicate with him via snow on the TV.
EVP as it is commonly called (by those who have heard of it) apparently allows the dead to communicate with the living. But, as Michael Keaton's character finds out in about thirty-five minutes, the dead aren't always so friendly and they aren't always so dead.
This movie could have been MUCH better. Primarily if they had cast someone else instead of Batman for the lead. The constant lip twitching and permanent bewildered expression on Keaton's face gets in the way of an interesting story.
You will find a few moments where you might jump. This is a scary movie, after all. Try it, you might like it. If you don't like it, please don't visit me after you are dead via my snowy TV screen. Send me an email or something.
